Employers post job openings at no cost and are provided with pre-screened, qualified candidates.
Job seekers, also at no cost, search posted positions and apply for jobs of interest. In addition, counselors are available to work with an applicant who needs assistance with their resume or interview skills, to help ensure the individual 's success.
